At Love & Paper, we take pride in delivering your prints with the utmost care. Every order is printed on demand, inspected manually, and packed securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• During peak periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently ship within the European Union.
• Unframed prints: usually delivered within 3–7 business days.
• Framed prints: usually delivered within 5–10 business days.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and product size.
Packaging
• Unframed prints are shipped in sturdy, protective tubes or flat cardboard envelopes.
• Framed prints are carefully packed with corner protectors and reinforced boxes.
We use eco-friendly materials whenever possible.
International Shipping
If you are located outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order at info@loveandpaper.com — we’ll be happy to provide a custom quote and delivery estimate.
Customs & Import Taxes
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their country. Love & Paper is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking
All shipped orders include a tracking number. You can track your parcel via the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the item. We’ll replace it or issue a refund depending on the case.
